Position overview We are hiring full-time remote Junior Technical Support Engineers who are ready to dedicate the next few years to building strong global tech careers. Previous support experience is not required, but you must have a strong technical foundation, particularly in Networking (bonus points for Linux too). If your application is successful, you’ll join our Talent Pool, where you’ll be actively considered for remote roles with our global partner companies.

Technical Support is an excellent launchpad into infrastructure, networking, security and DevOps. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-world systems, customer environments, and production troubleshooting - building skills that open doors across the tech industry.

Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer technical issues (tickets, email, chat, calls) Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve common networking, configuration, and connectivity issues Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear documentation and logs Monitor system alerts and ensure SLAs are met Document solutions and improve internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides

Requirements Kenyan citizen based in Kenya Completed university or tech bootcamp program (or awaiting graduation) 0–2 years of experience in tech roles Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. subnetting, routing, firewalls, switches, OSI layers) Bonus points: Working knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Docker and/or PostgreSQL Structured, logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues Reliable laptop, internet connection, stable power & home workspace
