Job Description
The STL will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and developing sales strategies while maintaining strong business relationships with the client and assisting in hiring and training of the sales team.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed monthly disbursement targets. Recruit and train new sales executives Monitor execution of action plans of the sales team and supervise daily and weekly sales Customer Relationship Management Ensure compliance with lending policies.
Qualifications
Degree/diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business related 3-5 years experience in team & branch management (Microfinance) Strong understanding of non deposit MFIs trends Good judgment and decision-making ability. Leadership, communication and high integrity
