Experienced Accountant skilled in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficient in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial analysis, with expertise in using accounting software. Adept at reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and supporting audit activities to maintain accurate and timely financial information. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) and analyze budget variances. Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations, preparing tax returns and documentation. Transaction Management: Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and petty cash. System Maintenance: Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure data confidentiality. Auditing Support: Support internal and external audits by compiling required documentation. Strategic Input: Monitor budget performance and advise management on financial health and liquidity. Weekly Reports: Reconciling and Sharing weekly invoice reports to our partners, as well as enhance weekly revenue collection of all shared invoices.

Requirements

Education: A degree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certification: Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable. Experience: Proven experience in an accounting role with strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Competencies: High attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication skills.
